Episode 5: Uno
I was frustrated. Someone kept calling me — three times to be exact — to tell me what somebody else was saying about me on social media, a place I don't even visit anymore. The first call, I brushed it off. The second call, something in me sat up. The third call, I was done. I said it plainly: don't call me with that again. That's not my reality.
I hung up carrying heat I hadn't asked for, and I needed to move it out of my body instead of sitting still with it. So I put my shoes on and walked out the door, already talking — not out loud, just that low, constant conversation I keep running with my ancestors, the one that never fully shuts off, it just gets louder or quieter depending on the day. Today it needed to get loud.
I hadn't gone far when I heard brakes — hard and sudden, that screech that makes your whole body flinch before your brain catches up. I looked up and saw a small white dog cutting straight across the road. She wasn't dodging the car by accident and she wasn't running from anything. She knew exactly where she was going. She was running full speed, no hesitation, no scanning the street for a direction — she was headed directly to me.
She hit my leg first, front paws up, asking without asking. I bent down and started petting her, and that's when she dropped — rolled fully onto her back right there on the concrete, belly up, front paws curled in close to her chest, back legs stretched long and loose, completely open, completely trusting a total stranger. I rubbed her belly and every ounce of heat I'd walked out of my house carrying just left. Like it had never mattered, because in that moment, it didn't. What mattered is that if I never went outside the next thing never would’ve happened…..

I sat with her for five, maybe six minutes. Nobody came looking for her. Eventually I spotted a car sitting in a lot across the street and called out — excuse me, excuse me, is this your dog? — and the woman who stepped out looked genuinely stunned, hand pressed flat against her chest. She hadn't even realized her dog was gone. The moment I asked, that little dog looked back at me one last time and ran home across the street on her own, like she'd finished exactly what she came here to do.
I walked the rest of the way home still turning it over in my mind. Something about the shape of her lying there — the fluff, the stretch, that particular curl — kept pulling my thoughts sideways toward something else……. the cloud. Days earlier I'd looked up and seen a shape in the sky and called it a horse. In this moment in now, I have a new perspective. It was the fluffy white dog. It was the same exact stance — held once in the clouds, and held again on a sidewalk in front of me, days later, on four legs I could actually reach down and touch.

That sent me straight to my dream bank the second I got home. I typed the keyword “ dog” and let the archive answer me back.
December 2nd, 2020. There it was. The exact sequence, already dreamed, already written down, years before it happened outside on the street. There were details about myself in that dream so specific — like the color of my nails — that there was no explaining it away as coincidence. This wasn't similar to that dream. This was that dream arriving right on time.
In it, there were two dogs. Their names were Milo and Uno.
Uno…..
That word keeps echoing. Maybe I should search my database for that word.
January 8th, 2026. 3:17am
I was in communication with Aten, and this is what came through, word for word:
"The event from 2016 when you received 'I am in love with you' is being brought into clarity. The entire experience was a down payment. Remember those images that are created? This is one of those. Uno is a card game where you match like pairs — either colors or numbers — forming a pattern. I want you to call out Uno every time you make a match. It's going to be easy for you because you have your memories, you took notes, and it's divine timing."
I read it twice. Then I just sat there and let it land all the way.
Here's what was actually cooking underneath all of it, because none of this happened by accident.
Venus was already at work before that dog ever appeared. She's the one who repels what's irregular and draws in what actually harmonizes. I was carrying gossip that was never mine to hold, static I never agreed to, and Venus interrupted it completely — dressed in fur, sprinting across four lanes of traffic with a destination already chosen. That's not a sweet coincidence. That's a repel-and-draw happening in real time, using paws instead of words.
The Sun built the image before I ever touched it. In this system, imagination and observation aren't two separate acts — they're one function — and the Sun let me see that exact stance in the clouds days before it ever walked up and lay down in front of me. The image existed first. The dog was only the delivery.
Jupiter is the reason I could find any of it again. My dream bank is water — internal, remembered, still flowing — and Jupiter is what lets me drop a single word into that channel and pull an entire memory back out, fully intact, six years later, exactly the way I left it. That's the echo. What I sent into the water in 2020 came back to me whole.
Pluto held every end of this at once — the dream in 2020, the message from Aten in January, the dog on the sidewalk today. Three different points, three different timelines, and Pluto is the one holding the rope taut enough that all three could exist as one single event, arriving in pieces, on nobody's schedule but its own.
Uranus was the timing itself. Divine timing, exactly as Aten named it. Nothing here arrived early. Nothing arrived late. It arrived the moment I had gathered enough memory, enough notes, enough self to actually recognize it when it finally showed up. That's Uranus's whole nature — you're always there to greet yourself, but only once you're standing ready to be met.
And Uno — the game itself — is the number system wearing a different coat. Matching pairs. Colors or numbers, forming a pattern. Which is exactly what this whole season has been, episode after episode. Pulling one ingredient. Finding what it matches. Calling it out the second the pattern lands.
Uno.
